360 Engineering Ltd carried out the full design and installation of a seven story building which is owned and operated by Business Environment Group. Consisting of 235 fan coils located within open plan and partitioned areas and working closely with the client on a continually evolving project with often changing aspects to the design layout and configuration, we utilized a Daikin VRV + system locating the outdoor units on the roof. Full ventilation was also incorporated within the basement areas. The system is operated via local controllers for client operation and 2 “i controllers” giving overall control, including temperature and time clock, of all independent areas via the building managers office.

Cutlers Court

360 Engineering Ltd undertook the task of the main AHU replacement for the Cutlers Court six story building located within the heart of the City of London. Working closely with the land lord and mechanical consultant we successfully carried out the task, keeping within the clients’ remit of no disturbance to the end user and with no disruption to the fresh air supply. We removed the redundant system replacing it with the latest Colman Moducel AHU. We completed this difficult project in a short period of time by initiating the main section of works on a Friday evening with the removal from the roof of the redundant system, followed with a period of 58 hours delivering to site, assembling and installing an operating fresh air system with completion for Monday morning at 7.30am as promised.

Marc Jacobs – 12 Mount Street, London W1

360 Engineering Ltd worked closely on this project with the shop fitting contractor and architects to complete a fast paced installation at the first UK retail outlet for the luxury fashion designer Marc Jacobs. The store being at the top end of the fashion industry had a high design specification and required an exceptional standard of finish. It was our job to ensure the equipment was installed and performed to the highest standard in keeping with the project as a whole. On completion of this project we were awarded the maintenance contract to ensure that the client continues to receive a high standard of service they demand.

Louis Vuitton – Selfridges

360 Engineering Ltd completed the installation of a Daikin VRV 2 pipe system to service the new Louis Vuitton store within Selfridges in London. We worked closely with the contractor and Selfridges management to ensure a successful project completion within the very busy flagship store.

Chanel – Selfridges

360 Engineering Ltd carried out the installation of a Daikin ducted split system to service the new Chanel store within Selfridges in London. We worked closely with the contractor and Selfridges management to ensure a successful project completion within the very busy flagship store.

Parkside Hospital – Wimbledon

360 Engineering Ltd supplied and installed a variety of close control condensing systems to serve the operating theaters for the new wing of this prestigious private hospital. We also supplied a new Daikin VRV II, 3 pipe system to serve the associated new consultation and reception areas giving full independent controls to the new areas.

General Atlantic Partners – Pall Mall, London W1

360 Engineering Ltd carried out a full mechanical refurbishment of this blue chip company’s UK Head Office. Working closely with the interior refurbishment specialists, we modified the existing ventilation system to work in harmony with the latest Daikin VRV heat recovery system giving individual heating/cooling control to all areas with the addition of a BACNET gateway allowing further system control utilizing the clients in house specialist handheld building control device.

Takenaka Europe – Derbyshire

360 Engineering Ltd supplied and installed a Daikin VRV11 heat recovery coupled with ducted systems to serve this Takenaka constructed Honda car production plant. Providing full heating and cooling control to all administration and canteen areas of this huge Derbyshire project.

Premier Inn hotels “Whitbread”

360 Engineering Ltd are an approved Whitbread contractor and undertook the role of main contractor carrying out the full design and build of retrofit heat recovery air conditioning to in excess of 900 rooms spread across several hotels across the UK this included the mains electrics both externally and internally and all associated builders works including the creation of bulk heads and replacement ceilings plant steelwork/bases and condenser plant surrounds.
